Please note that “Working Days” refer to Monday through Friday and exclude UK Bank Holidays. While we aim for 1-2 day delivery, please allow for slight delays during peak periods or due to courier disruptions.
In accordance with UK law, all nicotine products (vapes and pouches) require Age Verification. You may be asked to show a valid ID (18+) upon delivery. If the courier cannot verify your age, the package will be returned to us.
